Silect Operations Portal v1.1

We really excited about finally releasing our next version of the Portal. We’ve made lots of improvements to this release of the portal including the following:

Added support for managing SCOM notifications including Addresses, Schedules and Subscriptions
Provide a selection list of classes when adding or editing a fragment which requires a class to be entered
Added support for targeting overrides at a Group or a Class
Support added for reoccurring SCOM maintenance schedules
Authorized users can deploy an MP from the Store database to SCOM
Support for new permissions and roles which are introduced in MP Studio v11.2
the Portal features can now be surfaced in the SCOM web console using a management pack
Portal installer now supports in-place upgrades
… and many performance and usability improvements
